PLMD_AUDIT--corrective/preventive action button is disabled

Hi All,

I am working on the audit management, creating a new audit plan by using the template approach.

We have some options to copy the existing plans into the new ones in the transaction PLMD_AUDIT.

I tried to copy from the existing one, but all the components are not getting copied. The corrective and preventive actions of the existing plan are not copying in the newly created one.

also when am trying to create a new corrective or preventive action in the question list, the "corrective or preventive action"

button is disabled.

kindly help me in this issue.
