hi,
In portal there is option of import par file .so first import par file from the portal where u had done develpment then export that file to production portal.
according to me this id solution for that.
Now create new role using this par file.and do same for production portal.

Kandaraj,
you need to have system administrator role to upload par files.
go to system administration-support-portal runtime-browse deployment-search for the par file you are trying to download-next to the par file you have view and download.click view and it opens a popup to download the par file(it downloads as com.sap.support.browse.par but while saving it give the exact par file name)
above thing you have to do it in dev portal
par file will be saved into file system
open qa portal go to system administration-support-portal runtime-administration console-upload deployment-here you can upload your par file
Thanks
