I have a set of running totals that are reset in a group header. It works fine but I'd like for the header to print on every page, so as soon as I set my header to print on every page, it resets my running total on every page as well; instead of just resetting it on a change of group.
I have already tried different group sections and that has not worked. Any ideas? Is this a bug within Crystal reports?
Hello Sharon,
Try creating a formula that outputs the field that you are grouped on. Then insert that as a group 1 level above the existing grouping.
Move the reset formula to the new group header and then suppress the new group header and footer.

Graham

Did not tried it myself, but found an interesting workaround solution to create a fake group
