Cannot Create Purchase Order Confirmation by using SOAP message

Hello Experts,

I'm working with ByD's PurchaseOrderConfirmation service to receive POAcknowledgement from outside to ByD.

I created Communication Arrangement(scenario=Purchase Order Integration). For Inbound flow, I set application protocol = "Web service".
- When i sent SOAP message to ByD(using SOAPUI), I got error 500 Internal Server Error.
- Checked data in Business Communication Monitoring, Rejected Web Service Calls, i got this message "The detailed error description may not be available in logon language: SRT: Plain SOAP: Reliable messaging (RM) configured, but no Message ID and no WSRM assertion provided.".
The message showed that Sent by "Web Service Reliable Messaging".

I tried to reconfigured many times but still have the same problem.

Can you please help and advise?
