Ship to Party Information (Customer) is not updated in COPA Segment during Outbound Delivery

Dear All,

We are in S4HANA, 1709 and with Account Based COPA. Our scenario is as below:

We have Stock transfer scenario between Manufacturing company and Trading Company.

Trading Company creates a Purchase Order (PO). Based on this PO, Manufacturing company creates Outbound Delivery and then PGI.

During PGI, COGS accounts gets debited and COPA segment like, plant, materials etc gets updated in COPA. But Customer field is not getting updated in this COPA segment.

We have created Business partner and defined as Customer and Vendor role. Also, the Partner Function has also been maintained.

Still, the Customer details in not updated in COPA segment.

Kindly, help, what can be the issue with this.
