Hello Experts,
Current process is that when Student cancel his module booking before examination, his status become Booking Cancelled and fee is reversed. but my requirement is when student cancel his module booking after Add/Drop period mention in Academic Calendar, his status should be Withdraw, and student will awarded W grade and fee should not be reversed.
Note: As it possible to assign W Grade to a student without Appraisal.
Thanks for the support
Kind Regards

Hi Fawad Aslam,
Administrator/ faculty user can withdraw module and assign W via Student file/ enhanced booking Dialog.
Best regards,

Dear Silke Jakobi,
Thanks for the response. Yes Student cannot perform cancel module booking after booking.cancel period. but requirement is student can withdraw their course any time, and when student/Administrator withdraw his module after booking/cancel period, a W grade should be assign to student against that module (Booking Status - Incomplete) without using PIQSMFU.
As it possible?
Kind Regards

Hello Fawad,
Student cannot cancel module booking after booking/cancel period. At least this should be set up like this. If student needs to cancel module booking after the booking/cancel period, shouldn't this be done by administration?
Regarding your second question: The W grade can be assigned to the module via the appraisal Transaction (PIQSMFU) or via a BAdI. It is not meant to be an appraisal if the grade W is assigned. Based on this W grade assignment the Status of the module can be changed to "will be completed in upcoming Semester" or something similar.
Hope this helps.
