person responsible for work center

Hi,

I have a problem while person responsible for work center.

My client has 3 responsible persons for same work center, but we can assign only one while creating work center.

How can i assign more than one responsible person for same work center?

And i want this at the time of order confirmation on confirmation page by which i can daily monitor wich work is performed by which person.

Dear,

I don't think you can assign more then one person responsible in work center. But You can assign person, Qaulification or position in a work center. Go to capacity tab page in CR01 , go to HRMS button then there you can assign based on capacity category you have selected. Say if you have selected 002 (person) then you need to assign the person in HRMS

While talking with HR people it is possible to do through personnel id.

Hi,

Person responsible in work center is a person who will maintain (Create, Change work center) in SAP based upon the changes happening on the Shop floor.

He is not necessarily a person who will operate that machine.

If ur organization has also implemented HR module, then you can use the personnel no while booking the prodn / confirming the production & then get the required data from AFRU table.

Another option is to create "user fields" in the operation in the routing/recipe. So when you do the confirmation for that operation/phase, the person can enter his name or userid there.

Other option is to create a "activity type" having no cost. And the person can enter his name there. I am not sure whether this option will help you. But it is worth the try.

You can then run COID/COOIS report to find all the order confirmations.

Create the person responsible as GRP123 and in the description give Persons responsible 1 , 2, 3

and while confirming , confirm with respective persons 1 , 2 or 3 .

Dear Tarachand,

The responsible person in the work center is related to only maintenance of that work center. It does not mean that the confirmation can be done by that person only. Order confirmation can be done by anyone who have the related authorizations.

If you want users who have done the confirmations, you can get thatin the confirmations table like AFRU an AUFM.

Please revert back with what exactkly your problem i.

I want person who is operator of that machine.

At the time of confirmation i would select the specific operator who is responsible for production,rejection from that i can get performance of that operator, monthly rejection percentage of that operator and so on..

Hi,

If you have HR module, you can make it by using Personnel ID in Work center while confirmation with which you can get a report on the Operator's performance. If not check up with ur ABAPer regarding screen exit where you can get the values of the Operator no and get displayed through an Z-report.

You have to consult with your HR consultant and ABAPER for this. As Thaila rightly said, find a user exit and consult with your ABAPER.
