Missing parts appearing after GI.

Hello Experts,

We are facing issue with production order missing list.

Missing parts appearing in production order missing parts overview after goods issue.

Order status - REL MSPT CNF DLV PRC CSER GMPS.

Please explain.

Based on the inputs mentioned

Could you please check & compare the complete Goods Issue List & the required component list with exact quantities ?
Which might be the case due to, still there are few components, not issued completely, as per the required quantity
Also, just note that,GMPS will get updated , even for the partial Goods issue(or) even for the Goods Receipt happened, for that Order.
Please check COGI, if any errors occurred during the Confirmation, will generate post processing records for Goods Movement Errors

For further analysis, please share the details of the Production Order Component list & goods issue details, with screen shots

Hi Suresh,
Please take a look of the below simulated scenario , for the reported case.

In this Example, the Production Order(60003970)is having the MSPT (Missing Parts Status) & also with DLV & GMPS.
This is the case of COGI. where there are missing Parts, till the confirmation & goods Receipt of the Order.
During the Confirmation System allowed to confirm & GR Posted for the Header Material. Also, there are COGI entries for the missing Parts & which were processes later, after maintaining the required stock of the shortfall components.

If you double click on the Goods Movement document, you can find, these were posted from COGI
Please find the below attached screen shot of the same.

Hi Suresh
Go to the Change mode of the Production Order ( T code : CO02)
In the Change Mode, Click on Material Availability Check Icon(as shown), then the MSPT Status, will get Reset & then save the Order. After this , if you check the Missing Parts List, System will display, no Missing parts List, message.(Please find the attached screen shots of these 2 steps)
