HR: Time Recording ID number (ZAUSW) not unique

Hello sap experts,

as we are about to have more companies in one sap system, we face the problem that the Time Recording ID (ZAUSW) is not always unique. I have searched about this, but haven't found a good solution for this, e.g. with:

Some thoughts:

(1) We use the reports RPTCC101, RPTC102, RPTCC106 especially to exchange the time data with the time recording system. One thought was that when uploading we add a prefix to ZAUSW. When downloading we remove it again. Problem: I haven't found an User-Exit or BADI yet. It seems for me as these programmes are quite old and I don't like to modify sap objects 🙂

(2) Other solutions might be to use another infotype to save the time recording id, but do these reports work properly then?! Maybe when using the PERNR as ZAUSW then.

(3) Another might be that we modify include MP005030 where the unique check is implemented. Maybe to limit it to company code. But I have also found this check in class method
CL_HRPT_INFOTYPE_0050=>CHECK_UNIQUE_ZAUSW
As above said I don't like to modify and I am not sure about any damage we might cause

Do you have any experiences or some other ideas?
