Spreadsheet option is not working in MM60 / MB52

Hi Experts,

I have problem, when we run any transaction like MM60 , MB52 and we want to convert the data to excel file, there are two options. First spreadsheet and second local file.

Spread sheet option is not working. Probably there is some patch we have to install in our machine.

Please help me out.

Execute MM60 Report and in Next Values / Output Screen Click on Local File (CtrlShiftF9) and Select Spreadsheet and Give File name with Extension .XLS and Path and Generate.

You Can also Select Html Format and then Save. Now go to Speadsheet and Open it and in Menu Insert tab Select Sheet from file and Select the Html File and Insert.

If you want to transfert data in Excel then also check below detail.

For MM60: -

After get list of materials, Click on List tab available at file menu level.

List >> Export >> Local File

For MB52: -

Before click on execute button to get report click on Non-Hierarchical Representation option button and click on execute button.

Then go List >> Export >> Local File.

If you have the rights to export to spreadsheet.Please follow the normal steps

Export to local file>>>>choose html>>>put ur file name.xls and then save.
