This is related to component CO-FIO. You should open an incident for this component. I believe the solution is to set a Controlling Area value in the Fiori Launchpad Settings for the user, but best to let that team answer this.

Hi Fadzly Iqbal,

We are facing the same issue, can you please tell me how did you resolve this issue.

Even after setting controlling area, it's not working for me.

Thanks,

As I mentioned in my previous comment, it is Line of Business specific, so it's related to the specific component and likely not the Fiori Launchpad. This may be a component version or patch level issue where certain versions did use it, I don't know as this would be something that would have to be troubleshooted. You can try and see the network calls to check if the value is being sent on the network request, if it's not, it could be you are on an older version of SAP_UI on your gateway server. If it is being sent, it may be a component issue. If you are unable to determine a solution, I suggest opening an incident with SAP Support for the component.
