Timezone in Integration Monitor

Dear all,

A customer has complained that all transactions done in SAP customer checkout are being registered on the next business date IF that transaction actually done after 9pm.

So all transactions after 9pm are seen in SAP on the next day.

I have no idea how this is possible and have already checked all the timezone settings of the machine and servers. They are all on the correct local timezone.

Has anyone ever come across a similar issue?

Dear All,

I have the similar issue. I set time zone as UTC +7 and I did sales transaction on 29/05/2018 1:00 AM.

System created A/R Invoice in SAP Business One with posting date 28/05/2018.

SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 SP05 PL01

SAP Business One 9.3 PL03 (MSSQL)

Hi Clayton,

thanks for reporting the issue. Could you give an example of the dates of a receipt before 9 PM and a receipt after 9 PM, please? Best would be to name the business transaction date in CCO, CCO Monitor and Business One for the according receipts. Is your database for B1i (MS SQL or HANA) also in the same timezone as the cash desk and Business One?
