Hi,

I am currently facing a sever prob of smartform has 4 coloumns of which one is text coloumn,If the text content is more the total table content prints in second page,But i want to print in first window and the remaining text in second page.

any one plz help me.

Well, I'd group the 3 normal fields in the main window, make it smaller as it now has fewer fields, and then add, perhaps to the right if there's free space there, another window with a different name that contains that field text.

Hi Anil,

Your requirement is not clearly mentioned here.

is your data is statis or dynamic?.

if it is dynamic then populate text data in header part and the remaining data in main part and define a page break in the table properties...so that you will get all data in one page.

If the text is static then populate your text data in first row based on the text size and create your second row(i mean height of the cell).

if you post your requirement clearly it is easy to give the solution.

My requirement is,I hv a table in main window which has 4 columns,In which one is text column.

I hv to print the item level data along with text of the item in the first page and the remaining text in the second page.

The clear requirement is i hv to the break the text for 1st page and the remaining into the second page.

Have you tried puting the text column in a separate window inside the same page?

Can u plz explain in detail.Where i need to put the text coloumn in table? or i need to crt window parallelly main window and put that column in new window?.If i do like that line allignement might be a prob.
