Prevent Condition type to insert for Return Purchase Order

Hi .

User copied the main PO line item and paste to item line #2 for return, user tick return indicator. User then insert some freight condition type, how to prevent user to stop to insert the any condition types for return PO.

No the forum is not formed to train users, that is certainly a wrong expectation which seems to spread like a virus.

a) the consultant has to get in touch with the user

b) the consultant need to find out and understand why the user is doing this

c) if the user is wrong then the consultant explains to him why it is wrong, what issue it causes and what can be done instead

d) if the user has fundamental reasons then the consultant might look for a redesign or evaluate if that requested functionality can be done at all.

e) if it is a single user doing it wrong and direct education does not help then it might need to go through his manager

f) if it is a common problem that cannot be solved with education then you might need to think about restrictions via programming.
