We have configured a URL and given it in a Generic iview. When we do the preview we get a Portal runtime error. The problem is that NWA link is also not working so we are unable to check the logs. The URL works fine when run in the browser. Can anyone suggest what can be done to run the run in the portal as well?

Hi Anuroopa

As you have mentioned that the NWA link is not working, are you able to login to your portal ?

Also I see that you are previewing the iview and facing the error, It is not a correct approach to test the behavior of an object (eg Iview, Page) through preview. Because on previewing, many of the parameters and properties are not passed to the url or the iview, which makes the iview render incorrectly. You should assign the Iview to a Page and Page to a Role and then access the content from the TLN.
