While loading Fiori launchpad tiles icons show different icons in production

Hello Experts

In our production system, when the fiori launchpad is loading the icons on the tiles are changing and showing some different icons as shown in the attached pic.

It does not show always, it shows sometimes, mostly when the network is slow.

Please help..!!

Have you done a trace of the network traffic in the browser developer tools?

This issue not seen frequently, so we are unable to take trace, current issue was seen in iPad .
