All fields greyed out in Inquiry after SO creation

Dear Expert,

I'm new in SD. I have question regarding Inquiry and SO. We create SO and it's copy from Inquiry. But after SO creation, almost all the fields in Inquiry (item level) are not editable. Is there any way to enable it except use user exit? I'm not sure whether is it part of copy control or document type configuration. Please advise.
