I'm facing today the similar problem what occured one year ago for the ASE instance, now with the NPL instance (downloaded developer edition). The Sybase license expired on 2016-10-31:

Is there any way to extend the DB license?

In the meantime, the my problem was solved with this: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/11/03/sap-nw-as-abap-750-sp02-developer-edition-to-download/

I have also downloaded and installed the 7.50 version but I still have some work which is now locked inside the 7.40 edition. I'd like to get that out but really need a running database for that to happen. So from me as well: Is there any way to extend the DB license?

Is it possible that we can have the license extended ? after 31 marts 2018
