Error with MB1C(stock posting)

hiii tis is riya,

i have a problem with posting of stock (MB1C)

error is "Account determination for entry 1122 GBB 1122 BSA 7920 not possible.

where in 1122 is my company code and plant.

plz provide me step by step process to resolve this issue

hi,

please go to trn.cde. OMWW and assign your chart of accounts there, and in grouping give 0001 to your company code. go on clicking enter till you get complete message and save it. your problem will be solved.

Hi,

Use t.code:OBYC, enter chaart of account

Click GBB

In next screen enter Val. Gro. Code, Acct Gro. Code, Valuation class and G/L accounts for Dr & Cr and save.

Note: before that u have save the Rules

How to save Ruls:

OBYC-> enter chart of account-> Click BSA->Click “Rules”

Select the check box of Debit/Credit in accounts , General modification, Valuation Modification, Valuation class “Account are determine based on” TAB and save.

Hello,

Check whether valuation grouping code is maitained in OMWD? The stadard valuation grouping code is 0001 which needs to be assigned to your valuation Area (Plant) and Company code. Check whether you have amintined this or not, if not then maintain the same and try.

Dear,

Go to OBYC, double click GBB and see for 7920 (FERT) material type, you have maintained the respective GL account. Most probably, you would not have maintained it.

Maintain the same and retry.

Have you assigned valuation grouping code to u r company going to tcode OMWD?

Also check assign field status variant to u r comp code by going to TCODE OBC5
