Reprocess

Hi,

Does XI reprocess automatically an error message again and again.

Is there any settings to be done to control this.

In my interface, if there is an error, we pass the message in R/3.

I can see for every half an hour or so, i get the update from XI for the same error interface.

Hi,

It is possible in XI/PI through RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES program either execute manually or background. This will restart all error message. Meanwhile we can execute SXMB_MONI window through restart option we can execute.

Check if you have scheduled the report RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES in a job.
