How to dertermine Hardware key (HWID) ?

Hello,

I want install SAP ERP and the installation's process ask me the Solution Manager Key.

I go to the site SAP Support licences requests to generate a SOLMAN key but I should give the Hardware key (HWID)

How determine or find it ?

Hi,

You can get the hardware key from the transaction SLICENSE. Or you can go to the OS level and give the command 'saplicense -get' to obtain the hardware key.

Hi,

Install solution manager and get the solution manager key for the respective system which you want to install using tcode SMSY.
