Maintain Number Ranges for CO Documents

Hello,

I'm encountering the error message below when posting from FI.

However, when I go to SPRO >> Controlling >> General Controlling >> Organization >> Maintain Number Ranges for CO Documents, I cannot find the Add Interval button.

How do I add and assign number ranges to CO business transactions?

"CO-doc. number assignment not possible for bus.trans. COIN in CO area VG01 (Message no. KC101)

Diagnosis

In controlling area VG01, business transaction COIN has not been assigned to a number range.

System Response

CO document numbers cannot be issued.

Procedure

Maintain the number range for CO documents in controlling area VG01. Then in the implementation guide (IMG), choose Controlling -> General Controlling -> Organization -> Maintain Number Ranges for CO Documents.

Assign business transaction COIN to a number range group. If required, create a new number range group."
