SAP Concur

Good morning,

I wanted to know would it be worth getting SAP Concur to manage the finance team with the user's receipts & expense reports. Most of the report users have trouble managing their receipts whenever they have travel expenses. At the moment we have to attach these receipts to the back of the reports as back-up since we don't have it digitally. If anyone has used it please reach out to this message and let me know how it has transitioned your workflow (Good or Bad).

    Hello Alex,

    We have recently implemented SAP Concur. It facilitates automated receipt processing. The Expense user can attach the receipt from Laptop/desktop, or directly scan from mobile or through mail the user can attach the receipt to the expense reports.

      Hope all is well. With the automated receipt processing will this information be put into SAP once it has been processed and approved? At the moment we have our users giving us receipts to paste to a blank paper to attach to the back of the expense. I have to tape the receipts to a blank paper and that process takes a while. Could this really create a better workflow for my task?
