Set deletion flag for multiple suppliers

For the purpose of archiving supplier master data I want to set deletion flag for all suppliers that haven't had any action in the last 2 years. Is there a standard report/program to make this selection, so that I can use this selection to archive master data with SARA and object FI_ACCPAYB and the 'Consider Deletion Ind.' option.
