Can you please suggest on the below error.

Logged user not found !

when I tried to login to CRM server using desktop connection first run assistant

Hi

1. Please check if your user id is created in SAP CRM system - in transaction code SU01

2. When the user will be created you can use your logon credentials to log in.

3. If above is already done, please check if BP is created as an employee in CRM system.

Hi DJ,

Yes we have created BP as an employee.

After that it was successfully logged in. But we are getting error as below

"customization package cannot be determined for the user <user_id>"

we tried to assign customization package in SPRO but is not accepting.

FYI: we are CRMGWS 700 SP 9

Customization package SP level 5.

will this causes any problem ?
