Does anyone know what does GDPR means, if we do the SAP base support for some customers Systems ERP, HCM, R3?
Do we have some obligations to the customer?
Would be great if someone could help with some Information.

SAP is not responsible of customer fulfilling this, it needs each company to prepare to be compliant.
