ITS printing problem

hello,

i got a problem in printing reports in SAP ITS 6.20.

the error is:

"File does not begin with '%PDF'"

im running Apache 2.2.0 in Linux.

anyone can help?

Hi,

You are printing to a non-pdf printer, please follow the steps in SAP Note #1042424 - Create a printer with the following attributes:

Device Attributes:

Device Type = PDF1 :PDF ISO Latin-1 4.6D+

Device Class = Standard Printer

Auth Group = NONE

Model = Leave Blank

Location = Leave Blank

Access method:

Host Spool access method = F: Printing on front-end computer

Host Printer = _Default

Output Attributes:

Check "Process requests sequentially"

"Pass copy counter to host spool system"

Print Mode = Default

Paper Tray = Default Tray

That should solve your problem.
