Transaction VINC vs V.02 (Incompletion Logs)

Anyone know why there are two transactions for incompletion log? Do you know if SAP will continue to support both transactions?

Both these transactions are not same.

VINC is one which is to be used only for sales related documents. Example: like order/inquiry/Offer/contract

whereas V.02 has the functionality for all the documents which includes all the documents mentioned above plus delivery documents, billing documents, etc.
