I have old executable reports with .exe extension that I want to convert to .rpt reports. Is there a utility that will perform that

Not that I'm aware of. However, you might be able to run the report and then export it as .rpt file to get the report out of it. (I don't remember whether that type of export was available in those versions of Crystal.)
