Placeholders for Subject of Email templates in C4C

Hi All,

We have a requirement to use the Placeholders for fields in the Subject of Template, so that once a Service Agent inserts a template while replying to a customer, Ticket subject is replaced by the subject of Email.

Is this functionality currently supported by C4C?

Hi Claire,

The blog refers to the context of Target Group and HTML templates, however I was referring to the Standard response templates in Service-->Templates ( 1802 release feature) that are created by Service Agents which are text based and are used when replying back to customer on a ticket.

I'm unable to figure out if we can somehow use the templates with placeholder data in the subject which then is copied in the ticket as well?
