While doing MIGO an errro pops up for one material "maintain serial numbers for total quantity"

How to tackle this prob and what does it mean?

It means that if ur doing a GR for 10 Pieces then u have to enter 10 different serial numbers in the MIGO -serial number Tab,

In materaial master plant data store 2 view you have selected the serial number profile field ,pls keep the field as blank to resolve the error.

Hi,

First check the Material master in Storage data view whether you have maintained the Serial number profile for that Material.

If maintained then in MIGO the system will ask you to enter serial numbers.

Check if there remove the serial number profile ( if it not applicable to your plant) then in MIGO that serial number tab will not appear to enter, then you can post the document.
