Our client is experiencing an error when changing work status settings (Please see screenshot). This is only happening in BD3 (BD3 is the copy of BD1 except it was upgraded to HANA). When I checked in BD1 no error is appearing when changing work status settings. PC_ENTITY dimension is the owner dimension and the user name is present on the OWNER property (see screenshot PC_ENTITY.png). The thing is the client never set up the email notification settings in BPC in all environments. I saw a post with almost the same issue but there was no resolution. Any ideas how to fix this?
