Dear Experts,

We are using SAP BusinessOne 9.2 PL3 and have the issue described below. When adding a new Sales Order, we want the currency exchage rate to be selected based on the DocDueDate.

We would like to know if there is any such functionality Could you please advise us?

Sincerely,

Alexandros Karadimitropoulos

Dear Alexandros,

If you insert an SO today and if the due date is Monday next week, how do you know the exchange rate that will be next week?

If you know what is the Exchange rate, you can always do a formatted search because in B1 it's not possible automatically.

Regards,

Augusto

Considering a typical business scenario, there is no need for exchange rate to be based on sales order due date since when when you convert the sales order to a delivery, system will recalculate the new exchange rate based on the posting date of the delivery document

Hi,

There is no such function to get exchange rate based document due date. It always based on posting date.
