How to map pallet SSCC information from IDoc DELVRY01 to EDIFACT DESADV?

Dear Support,

We would like to forward pallet SSCC information in DESADV messages to our partner in EDIFACT format. We have a middle-ware mapping in SAP PO between IDoc and EDIFACT standards. Our problem would be that SSCC number is available in DELVRY01 IDoc at line item level, however the expectation is to send grouped line items in the EDIFACT format based on the pallet SSCC number (CPS/PAC/PCI/GIN segments)
as in the below explanation:

DELVRY01 IDoc:

Line item 1 - SSCC1

Line item 2 - SSCC2

Line item 3 - SSCC1

EDIFACT DESADV:

SSCC1

Line item 1

Line item 3

SSCC2

Line item 2

My questions is where to achieve that? Is he easiest way to map it in SAP PO with UDFs if needed or is there an IDoc DESADV format (e.g.: DELVRY05) where the grouping hierarchy is similar to EDIFACT, where we have SSCC codes in the "primary" segment and the corresponding line items are in sub-segments.

Hi Gergö,
we use DELVRY06 for those requests, but this should work also for DELVRY05. In Segment E1EDL37 we have the SSCC and in E1EDL44 line items for the SSCC. If you need more line item data you can use UDF ReArrangeByKey or write own UDF for sorting.
