LSO-Course Pass or fail

Hi Experts

I am trying to find out out the infotype where we can store participants Course Data and also their Status like -PASS ,FAIL .

I tried in Follow up where i can see the pass ,fail options but unable to change it there.

Could any one let me know how to give pass ,fail to the participants and how to complete the Course in back end.
