User ID Issue: Super User can not access some transactions and functions from Main Menu

Dear Experts,

User is a Super User, assigned with Professional License and has full authorizations. There is no UI Configuration Template Set Up. However, this use cannot access some of the functions and transactions form the Main Menu. Example under the Financial Module in the Main Menu it is only showing Fixed Assets, Budget Set Up and Financial Reports. I went to Tools> Form Settings but it is greyed out. I also went to Tools> Cockpit, the "Enable Cockpit" is ticked and greyed out.

I have also done the following to resolve the issue:

1. Untick "Super User"

2. Unassign License

3. Assign Full Authorization

4. Tick again on "Super User"

5. Assign again the professional license.

The issue is still not resolved.

Is there any other way to check or resolve the issue as to why the user's access is still limited although he has full authorization.

The current workaround so the user can use the system is by going through Modules (at the top of the screen.

Dear Kristine,

You haven't mentioned the Wrench icon above the menu (in SAP HANA) that allows you to hide unused functions. For no apparant reason, I sometimes notice that users have random functions hidden.

Open the menu, click on the wrench icon and make sure all required modules are ticked as visible.

When working in the menu, form settings are greyed out (as it's not a form that can be adjusted). Cockpit behaviour is disabled if using Fiori-style cockpits (as seen in the General Settings -> Cockpit).
