MF60 considers Restricted Stock during batch determination

Hi Guru's,

During Material staging with MF60, system considers restricted batch stock.

I have referred SAP note 1898563 and added characteristic in class but system still returns restricted batch during batch determination. I have also checked MM Checking rule and include restricted use stock is Un tick.

I am unable to understand is this standard SAP functionality that During MF60 system considers restricted use stock or i am missing any configuration.

No, i haven't ran this report but batch status has been updated in classification tab in batch master.
