Limit Outbound Call for some agent

Hi Gurus,

We have the following necessity:

Agents cannot made outbound call, just if the manager allows the agent to do it. I mean, is it possible to have a rol for inbound call and other for outbound call?

The manager can assign this rol to the agent when he needs it. Or does someone have any other option?

    Hi Fernando,

    sounds to me like you want to look into barring groups.

    There you can define groups which either allow or disallow calls, or allow them only with editing.
