Problem in Release PO in ME29N

Hi,

Once the PO is created, the release strategy is affecting the particular PO, but when the Client try to release in ME29N Transcation the system is not allowing.

System is allowing to release in ME28 Transcation.

Any configuraiton is missing or where to check.

Pls guide me.,

he might not have autherity to use me29n

What I have found is that you must have change authority (ME22) to execute the release in ME29N. This has been a problem for our auditors so I am trying to find out if there is a way to use ME29N only for release (not allow any changes to the purchase order). Right now the only thing I find is that you have to use a user exit to do this.

Dear,

Enter ME29N t-code, If system give message you have no authorization for t-code, Then contact with Basis person.

Otherwise check in purchase order release strategy is effected ot not

It Seems an Authorization Issue. Please tell you client / User to execute trxn code ME29N if it throws any message then just tell him to enter /NSU53 in the same trxn code command box. System will take you to SU53 and show the Missing Authorization Object..
