Powl layout on Hana is adjusting to default layout

Hi All,

In my POWL application, I have to adjust the lengths of the columns as default layout was not showing the length completely/ I followed the following ways:

1.I have created a new user defined layout "A1" at application level, by going into personalization setting and added the layout.

This new layout works fine when the application loads for the initial time, when you navigate or do refresh the layout shifts to the default layout "A2".

2. I have created the new layout in powl_query also, and kept only 5 columns to be displayed, but it shows 8 columns in initial screen before scrolling, due to this the column lengths are becoming less and the details are not shown completely. I have adjusted the lengths of the columns and saved the layout as "A3", this will load properly on first attempt, but when you have some kind of navigation then it restores to std view "A2" where the columns are shrinked.

How to correct this?

Please check if the SAP Notes mentioned in KBA 2171873 is applied in the system.

The two notes mentioned in KBA 2171873 cannot be implemented in our system as our system is on the following basis component.

SAP_BASIS 752
