Transportation Planning IDOC for two fields (VT02N)

Hello everyone. I need help to find IDOC for tow fileds in VT02n(change) transaction in SAP(Transportation planning).

Those fields are VTTK-DATBG and VTTK-UATBG.
Here's a picture where they are.
