You can purchase a support incident using the link below. But please note, all cases are still logged online. This gives you dedicated access to a Business Objects, an SAP Company support engineer.

I purchased single-case the other day. It has been an extremely frustrating process. I have exchanged several emails but if there is a website where the support cases are logged would you please let me know.

Just for your info the email from SAP which confirms the placement of the single-case order contains the customary out-of-date links.

If you were given an incident (or message) number please provide it here so I can look it up.

It sounds like you went through the correct steps. Did you provide all the information requested in the email from SAP to log your single case?
