My end user has an issue with updating costs in Quotes. In VA21, when the material & quantity are entered, we have enhanced a button to go to ME1M by selecting the material to update the costs & validity. Regularly, after we save the records, the data gets updated immediately in Price condition list in VA21. But for some users, even if they click the update price with 'Carry out new pricing' option, the data does not get updated immediately. They have to go to Sales tab A to update the pricing date which itself takes 3 to 4 minutes to update. After the date gets updated, they are able to update the cost in pricing condition list. All the users who use this functionality are facing this issue for over 80 % quotes. We had an EHP8 upgradation 5 months back.
