We have an issue where BOM changes are not being picked up by CUSLNTRTO_CIF_REPORT with the "Change Transfer" flag checked. If I isolate to just the material with BOM changes and run it, i get the message "No Transfer-relevant data found". If I rerun again with the flag not checked, there are no issues.
The BOM has an active change with Global Release, and there are no other issues we can see. Has anyone else come across this scenario? It is not an option to run a full transfer during our weeknight batch cycle. We can only transfer changes into APO.
