Toolbar in message mapping editor (IB-Design) disabled

Hi,

we have PI 7.0/SPS 12

On one PC-Client, we wanna change a message mapping via the message-mapping editor, but the toolbar is disabled!

On an other PC-Client, with the same login user(!) and the same message mapping the toolbar is enabled -> it is depending on the PC-client.

Any ideas?

Hi,

yes it depends on the (local) installed java version.

You will need 1.4.2.x

YES, Typically it depends on the Local JAVA Version only.

If you check in both the PC's means you will find the Different different JAVA Versions.

So please have the JAVA Version as 1.4.2_xx
