Hi Community,
We have a requirement where we are looking for the agent to auto-navigate from the homepage directly to a custom page which displays the caller's account related information (this is a custom page with ALPs, Custom Panes, OWLs etc - inside an EC), - as soon as a call is received to the agent.
We are planning to have this custom landing page and want to check if this can be autotriggered on receiving a call from the CTI.
It would be very helpful if you can suggest if this is achievable.

Login to the system in HTML5 (as this feature is available only in html 5) -> Go to Home page -> Choose Adapt -> Again Choose Adapt --> Create New Tile.
For the field 'Type'. there is just one option called 'URL'. Enter the custom page URL.
Note: Currently, only URL tiles are supported.
