Query Regarding HRVPAD25

Dear All,

When we enter just the sales order number without entering plvar while seeing the contents of table HRVPAD25, we get two entries, one with plvar and and other with plvar field balnk.

Please explain this.

HRVPAD25 contains the relationship between a buisness event type (E) (eg . a training cource) and object type person (P). They are related by 025 relationship which indiacates that this event was attended by this person.

plan versions are parallel plans for an organization. each object has a unique object ID in one plan version but there can be a similar object ID in different plan version as in your case.

At one time only one plan version can be active.

I would elaborate a bit here. I created a booking via VA01, an exit is used to to update the TEM table HRVPAD25.

Since I am creating it for a single event, why is the record with blank PLVAR field showing when I do not enter the PLVAR field exclusively in search criteria?

I did not get your query still.

Is the entry in the HRVPAD25 created through an exit? If yes check whether this object is getting created in the current plan version.

Also which search criteria are you talking about??

Thank you for your quick response.

Yes for PLVAR = 01 the entry is created.

What is perplexing is when I check the records in HRVPAD25, when I leave the PLVAR field blank and execute,

two records are coming, one with current plan version and other with plan version field blank.
