Financial Closing cockpit issue; the Actual end Date and Time is reset to 00:00:00

The issue: For some tasks (type; Job) The Actual end Date and Time appears when the Job has been run and the task is complete. Then after some time, the Actual end Date and Time is reset to 00:00:00. The Change document and the Job logs still show the correct Actual end Date and Time.

Root cause: What can it be?

The Actual date and time disappears when the background job itself (SM37) is deleted.If deleting the batch jobs is needed, how can we preserve the information i.e. the Actual end date and time in FCC?
