Hi,
what are your experiences with data entry in thousand instead of full (so 1 USD is actually 1.000 USD) for BCS. Especially as regards the standard currency tables like TCURX (decimal notation), some ABAP programmes and a possible integration to operational ECC systems (load from datastream).

Hi,
For some currencies, changing the TCURX table might be not prudent.
So, in my practice, I worked with incoming data in thousands. In between the source system and SEM-BCS (most often it was a staging cube) I multiplied the data by 1000, having 1:1 relationship in BCS.
Certainly, it always was a reclass that rounded the data after such a procedure.
