IWBK - Material Availabilty List

Hi all,

I have a list of PM orders as input. I need a transaction to show me QTY ORDERED, QTY RECEIVED as well as QTY OUTSTANDING, even if the works order has a closed status.

Currently I have IWBK that is working perfectly, except for the fact that it doesn't display any data for works orders with CLSD status.

Is there a way around or perhaps another transaction that can provide me with this data?

Thank you for the response.

It is not "availability check" as such only. We need to check for closed orders, as we do forecasting with previous year's data as well.

We have a yearly shutdown, so we need to check, at this time for example, what we ordered for shutdown 2017 (most orders will be CLSD or TECO), and now track where we are in shutdown 2018 ordering if that makes sense.

But why you need availability check for closed orders ?

Are you looking for a transaction to display the Quantity Ordered and quantity received... I dont think you will get outstanding after TECO or CLSD status
